I've always been drawn to the kitchen - it's where I feel most relaxed. Whether it's discovering an incredible dish or dessert at a restaurant or testing desserts friends brought over, I can't rest until I've recreated it myself. I'll spend weeks, sometimes months, perfecting a recipe until it's exactly right. For me, cooking isn't just about the food - it's about the moment it creates.
